Peripheral Joint Manipulation Course

Registered Osteopath and owner of Stephens's Wood Osteopathic & Wellness Clinic and Stephen's Wood Manual Medicine is delighted to be running a Peripheral Joint Manipulation Course at the AMST in Limerick this coming May.The course is for qualified manual therapy professionals, ideally ITEC Level 5 or above. ITEC Level 4 will be considered for this particular course if the therapist has relevant experience and evidence of other relevant CPD. It is a 3 day course with one day online and two days face-to-face. The first day will be a series of recorded online lectures that you will cover at your own pace, prior to the onsite dates. The onsite days will be Saturday and Sunday the 23rd and 24th of May. The pre-recorded lectures will cover anatomy and conditions (MSK and non MSK) for all peripheral joints. The face-to-face teaching will cover all practical aspects including landmarking, orthopaedic testing, mobilisations and manipulation techniques for all peripheral joints. The course is a certified recognised qualification approved by the CPD Certification Service, CPD UK, and is fully insurable with BGi UK. The course cost is €475 and it is worth 21 CPD hours. All participants will receive a fully referenced handbook containing all the practical aspects of the course. Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 20 for this course to allow time to practice and coach techniques with every participant.
